Units of Measurement

Examples of physical quantities are: mass, time, electric current and so on.

MathTranslator Object in Applications

The global MathTranslator object extends the computational capabilities of TechEditor. With it, you can carry out algebraic, trigonometric, matrix, differential, integral, symbolic calculations and work with units of measurement.

Mathematics in Report

TechEditor users can add math blocks directly to a text report. Typically, math objects use to define variables, functions, or output their values. Math Formula is an object to represent mathematical equations as LaTeX insertions. It has many settings and can display mathematical formulas in any output style. In addition, the user can see the values of each formula's parameter with one click.

Math Object

To insert a math object into a report, click Automation tab > Math > Math Object command:

Document Sections

Numbered Sequences

TechEditor has built-in functionality to create multilevel numbered sequences in the reports. These tools help you to organize text content in structured block items, like "1", "1.1", "1.2", and so on. But not only paragraphs can be numbered — any numbered lists, images, tables, equations, and other items. In addition, you can enumerate references and create a professional and aesthetical table of content.
